Shipping policy
Website orders are shipped via USPS from San Antonio, TX. If made-to-order items are ordered with pre-made ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be shipped together once the made-to-order items are finished unless other arrangements have been made.
Estimated delivery times for Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and First Class Packages (3-5 business days) cannot be guaranteed and shipments may take longer to deliver during the holidays. Tracking information and insurance are included. Carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages are out of my control, but I will do what I can to help in these situations. Signature confirmation for delivery is recommended and available for an additional cost. The carrier will not leave the package unless someone is present at the address to sign for the package. Orders $1,000 and over require signature confirmation to be insured and shipped.
UPS shipping is available for custom and wholesale orders.
International Shipping
Currently I am not shipping internationally, but will ship to Australia upon request. If you are in Australia and would like to purchase something on my website or get on the waitlist of a custom order, please contact me for a quote. Payment will be via PayPal or Square invoice, shipping will be via UPS. Buyer is responsible for all customs, broker, taxes, duty, and import fees that may be incurred.
I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items shipped to freight-forwarding companies in the US. I recommend confirming with the freight forwarder that they will accept and ship jewelry before purchasing and buying additional insurance through them since the insurance purchased through my site will only cover the item until it is delivered to the forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. If the forwarding company refuses to ship the order to you and you can have them return it to me in new condition, please contact me and I may consider an exception. This is not guaranteed and any refund offered be in accordance with my Refund Policy. I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order being shipped to a freight forwarder.
