Repairs are done at no charge for new items damaged in transit, if repair is possible. Please see the Refund Policy if your piece is damaged in transit and contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Each item is carefully crafted, inspected, and tested before it reaches you, but if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please let me know.

If your piece is damaged through an accident or wear and tear, you may contact me to determine if it can be repaired and for a repair quote.
